The new power gained from their alliance with The Shadow has given The Legion a great advantage over The Militia and has allowed them to push The Militia to the very edge of the Mecca. The Legion is unsure of their alliance with The Shadow, however, resenting the fact that no matter how much work they do The Shadow still seems to be in control of everything.
