To help assure Customer Satisfaction, we test all markers and tanks before shipment

Mission Statement
Our mission is to sell you a product that will work well and last you several years with reasonable care. We are not here for a quick buck. Your satisfaction keeps us in business.

I will not stock a product that I would not use myself. Having a field as well as a store gives us the ability to see many products in actual use. If we see problems with a product we will tell you so. If we have not had a chance to test it thoroughly we don’t stock it. Field-tested and approved products only stocked. Keep in mind this is our opinion and you are entitled to disagree.

Special Orders
We only stock a product after we have had a chance to test it thoroughly. If you do not see an item on our site, We may not have tested it yet or it was Trouble-prone. Call us, we will give you our opinion and if you still want it, we will locate it for you (buyer beware).

Returns
All returns for credit must be unused and in original packaging and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. We must do this to help keep our costs and our customers prices low.

Shipping and Handling
Shipping is based on order weight and delivery time you select (UPS Ground 3, 2, Next day air). Handling is $3.00 per order.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not charge a surcharge on Retail Credit Card orders. Wholesale orders are charged 3% credit card surcharge.

 

If you have a problem with a product you can :

1. Return product to manufacturer. (best solution)
2. Call us and we will try to help you fix it over the phone.
3. Return it to us (Postage Paid), and we will fix it. You will be charged for damaged or missing parts only.
